Tracking Orders Placed Online

If you ordered a product from our website, tracking is simple!

  • Shop App: The Shop App allows you to easily track your online order. Once your order is processed and manufactured, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as well as up-to-date tracking information in the App. 

Tracking Custom Wrestling Mats or Wall Padding Shipping on Resilite Truck

For custom orders, such as wrestling mats or padding, the process is a bit different:

  • Custom Orders: Our Logistics team will contact the shipping contact on the order when your custom mat or padding is ready to ship. You will receive an email with shipping information and any additional details necessary for your order's delivery.

    Tracking Custom Ninja, Cheer or Gymnastics Mats 

  • Custom Orders and Standard: Our Sewn Division team will reach out with an email and provide tracking information
